We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent security risks of internet-based services.
Service fees are based on your selected pricing plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to renewals and do not affect your current billing period.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control. Specific SLA terms are provided in your service agreement.
Support levels vary by pricing plan. Enterprise customers receive priority support with dedicated response times.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice to address critical security or stability issues.
CSPM.io and all related technology, software, and content are our exclusive property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Service, we may use them without obligation to you.
We warrant that the Service will perform substantially as described in our documentation. This warranty is void if issues result from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use outside our specifications.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSPM.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
